Purpose

To develop the minds of students by providing them with ‘life’ skills through apprenticeship courses, entrepreneurship preparation, and character-development.

About

R.E.A.P. (Restoration Education Apprentice Program) is a non-profit construction, safety management, architectural beginner and life-coaching training program specifically designed for anyone from the ages of 14 and over. Our program and services are unique to the city of Indianapolis and to the state of Indiana; where it provides the proper foundation for youth and adults who are in pursuit of skilled labor/entrepreneurship in the field of construction, architecture and Management. We work hard to ensure employment for our graduates by working closely with well-established contractors and unions.

Programs

Entry Requirements: Participants must be 14 years old or older, have the right to work in the U.S., Photo Identification/ have a valid Indiana state Identification/driver’s license (if operating a vehicle) and have reliable transportation.

Job Skills & Vocational Training

Construction, Architecture, and Safety Management.

Education

In-class & off-site apprentice classes, GED and College Prep, Entrepreneurship (Business Development).

Personal Development

Budget and Finance, Social Ethics, Health and Fitness, Vision, Mission & Goal Setting, Time Management, Parenting skills for young parents.
